Who we are and what we do
We are a local development company working in the Greater Bray area. Our mission is to tackle disadvantage and create a more fair and inclusive society where everybody has an equal chance to take part in the social, economic, cultural and political life of our community.
We work with the whole community to identify local needs and develop projects and services to meet those needs.

| We provide direct supports and services to individuals, community groups and communities. These include direct services for people who are unemployed, enterprise supports, resourcing and funding for local projects and initiatives, and our education and community development grants schemes. | Our work is guided by our Area Action Plan, which is informed by extensive local consultation and sets out our strategy for tackling social exclusion and disadvantage for the target groups we work with - such as long-term unemployed people, older people, Travellers, people with disabilities, disadvantaged young people, disadvantaged women and men, and homeless people. People from all sectors of the local community are involved on all of our decision-making structures and the development of our work programme.
